Get to Know Us
Your Destiny Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation that is helping to making a difference in the lives of children and families affected by cerebral palsy in and around under-served communities by providing parent support groups, family resources and social outings.
Your Destiny Foundation(YDF) was founded in March 2016 by Chakima Rankins-Wiggs a parent of a child with Cerebral Palsy. After overcoming her own challenges as a mother to a daughter diagnosed with CP, Chakima decided it was time to share her story and the she uncovered with families in similar circumstances that could benefit from additional support.

Our Charity and Donation Drive is something that we take very seriously, and work to enhance each and every day. Our whole team of dedicated Non-Profit Organization experts and volunteers are committed to this cause and will continue to work for a better future.
